Coffees with Dennis
Early in 2006, the community asked that a forum be established where they could have more one-on-one contact with the project manager. The "Coffee with Dennis" sessions were established in June 2006 and occured every couple of months through 2007. They were a series of small group meetings. This was an opportunity to ask the project manager, Dennis Cole, any questions you like. Each session was limited to 12 people so everyone had a chance to be heard. E-Newsletters
Starting in June 2006, RTD began a monthly e-newsletter that is sent to anyone interested in keeping up to date on the project. This is an excellent way to receive notice of upcoming meetings and stay current on the project. To sign up to receive the e-newsletter. To view copies of past e-newsletters.

Monthly Progress Reports
RTD submits monthly progress reports to the Federal Transit Administration to report on activities during the past month. Click to view past copies of these reports.
Design Overview Timeline
Based on comments from the community, we established a Design Overview Timeline. This document shows when specific elements that are of interest will be coordinated and worked on by the design team. By using this document you can see when it is most advantageous to give input on specific items. This document is constantly changing.
