Wadsworth and Sheridan Parking Structures
After reviewing all proposals submitted in August and September, 2011, RTD has officially selected Swinerton Builders as the contractor for both the Sheridan and Wadsworth parking structures.

Swinerton Builders will be contracted as a design/build company, meaning they will be responsible for taking the project from 30% design completion to 100% construction completion. The garages will open with the rest of the corridor in May 2013.
