RTD's Small Business Opportunity Office (SBOO) is breaking ground with programs that maximize opportunities and resources for Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (S/DBE) firms.The organization is structured around one goal: to ensure the broadest possible base of potential DBE/SBE-certified consultants, contractors, community organizations and other stakeholders in the Denver region are given the opportunity to compete for RTD and FasTracks contracts.
