If you took the bus facility and stood it up on its end, it would be the tallest building in Denver by over 300 feet.

Republic Plaza in downtown Denver is the city's tallest building, and the tallest building in Colorado for that matter.

It stands 714 feet tall and has 56 stories.

So that makes the underground bus facility At Denver Union Station more than 1,000 feet long.

Republic Plaza is in the heart of downtown and at 370 17th St. While it's listed as Colorado's tallest building, it comes in at number 109 on the list of tallest buildings in the United States.

It's served by RTD's FREE MallRide 16th St. Mall shuttle service.
