Yale Bridge is Coming Down

Over the weekend crews demolished the Yale Bridge over I-225. A new bridge will be constructed to make way for the light rail guideway and an extra lane of highway in both directions. The reconstruction is expected to take up to six months. Light rail from Nine Mile to Iliff will be completed by 2014. To see pictures of the overnight construction click here.

RTD Breaks Ground for I-225 Rail Extension

RTD, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and SEMA Construction held a groundbreaking ceremony for RTD's I-225 Light Rail Line extension. RTD Board Concurs Not to Pursue Tax Increase in November
