Opening Day Parking: 500 spaces (includes 200 spaces at existing park-n-Ride)
2030 Parking: 600 spaces*

This station platform is planned to be located just west of Vance on the north side of the existing freight tracks. Parking and primary bus drop-off would expand the existing Olde Town park-n-Ride north. An elevator and stairs would bring pedestrians to the top of the hill where they could cross Vance and the tracks at grade (safety devices would be installed) to access the platform. Future parking expansion would require a structure.

* The Gold Line Team will build sufficient parking to meet the demand at each station. In order to avoid unnecessarily overbuilding parking at opening day, RTD will build enough parking to meet initial demand and monitor the capacity of each park-n-Ride to determine when additional parking is needed. The 2030 numbers reflect the projected future parking demand at each station.
