Opening Day Parking: 150 spaces
2030 Parking: 330 spaces*

This station platform is planned to be west of Kipling on the north side of the existing freight tracks. Parking and primary bus drop-off would be located south of the existing freight tracks and a pedestrian bridge would provide access over the freight tracks to the station platform. RTD is evaluating a surface parking lot for this station. The project team has also been coordinating with the property owner/developer at this site, and there may be a possibility of having a joint structured parking facility at some point in the future.

* The Gold Line Team will build sufficient parking to meet the demand at each station. In order to avoid unnecessarily overbuilding parking at opening day, RTD will build enough parking to meet initial demand and monitor the capacity of each park-n-Ride to determine when additional parking is needed. The 2030 numbers reflect the projected future parking demand at each station.
