Opening Day Parking: 300 spaces
2030 Parking: 400 spaces*

This station and its parking and bus drop-off are planned to be located just east of Sheridan on the north side of the existing freight tracks. Numerous track-engineering challenges in the vicinity of this station drive the location of the platform.  Analysis shows that providing parking to the north of the station provides optimal vehicular access.

* The Gold Line Team will build sufficient parking to meet the demand at each station. In order to avoid unnecessarily overbuilding parking at opening day, RTD will build enough parking to meet initial demand and monitor the capacity of each park-n-Ride to determine when additional parking is needed. The 2030 numbers reflect the projected future parking demand at each station.
