Opening Day Parking: 500 spaces
2030 Parking: 1,000  spaces*

This station platform is planned to be located immediately east of the rail yards at 41st Avenue and Fox Street. Parking and the primary bus drop-off would be located on the east side of the station platform. A pedestrian bridge over the rail yards would provide access from the west, and the bus lines serving the  neighborhoods to the west would  drop off passengers on the west side of the rail yards. The project team proposes expanding the station by building a four-level parking structure in 2030 with capacity for 1,000 cars.

* The Gold Line Team will build sufficient parking to meet the demand at each station. In order to avoid unnecessarily overbuilding parking at opening day, RTD will build enough parking to meet initial demand and monitor the capacity of each park-n-Ride to determine when additional parking is needed. The 2030 numbers reflect the projected future parking demand at each station.
