Disadvantaged/Small Business Enterprises

•    The DBE/SBE Goals established for the Eagle Project are as follows:

      o    19% DBE goal for design services and/or supplies of the Early Work, the
            East Corridor Project, the Gold Line Project, the 41st Fox Street and
            Pecos Street Stations and the Commuter Rail Maintenance Facility

      o    20% DBE goal for construction services and/or supplies of the Early Work,
            the East Corridor Project, the Gold Line Project, the 41st Fox Street and
            Pecos Street Stations and the Commuter Rail Maintenance Facility

      o    19% SBE goal for design services and/or supplies of the NWES, the Denver
            Union Station to Commuter Rail Maintenance Facility and the installation of
            the Denver Union Station Systems, including the integration of the Denver
            Union Station Systems with the DUS Rail Segment

      o    18% SBE goal for construction services and/or supplies of the NWES, the
            Denver Union Station to Commuter Rail Maintenance Facility and the
            installation of the Denver Union Station Systems, including the integration
            of the Denver Union Station Systems with the DUS Rail Segment

      o    17% SBE goal for the services to be performed under the Concession
            Agreement during the Operating Period

•    More than $200 million will be contracted to small businesses during the Design/Build Phase of the Eagle Project  

•    $154 million has been committed to DBE and SBE Companies

•    115 DBE/SBE firms and suppliers currently working on the project
